You can collect eligible orders from our Johannesburg branch once they are confirmed ready. Collection is free of charge, and it is currently the only fulfilment method we offer.

How collection works

Place your order and pay online or by EFT. Payment must be received and verified before an order is released. Collection is usually ready within 1 to 3 business days of verified payment, or sooner where noted. Please wait for our ready-to-collect confirmation before travelling. An order acknowledgement or proof of payment is not the ready-to-collect notice.

Collection address: 202 London House, 21 Loveday Street, Marshalltown, Johannesburg, 2107. Hours: Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 16:00 (excluding public holidays). Please bring your order reference.

Someone else collecting

If another person will collect on your behalf, let us know beforehand and bring your order reference. We will explain any authorisation the person needs to bring.
