My Office Tools is currently collection only. Orders are collected from our Johannesburg branch; we do not offer courier delivery at this time. Payment must be received and verified before an order is released for collection.

Preparing your order

Our usual preparation time for a confirmed, available item is about 1 to 3 business days after payment is received and verified. A product that needs longer preparation will show its own estimate before payment. Orders are handled during business hours; weekends and public holidays can affect timing.

Bring your order reference and, if another person will collect on your behalf, let us know beforehand and we will explain any authorisation they need to bring.
