This page explains how product condition and warranties work for purchases from My Office Tools. It should be read with our Returns and Refunds pages.

Condition and included items

Each product page states the condition, included accessories and whether a cartridge is manufacturer-branded (OEM) or compatible. If a description is unclear, please contact us before ordering. We identify OEM versus compatible status accurately and do not make unverified authorised-dealer or endorsement claims.

Manufacturer warranties

Any manufacturer warranty is subject to the manufacturer's own published coverage and conditions, and differs by product. We can explain the route for goods bought from us. A manufacturer assessment does not replace remedies you are entitled to receive from us.

Getting help

For a warranty or quality enquiry, email support@officetools.co.za with your order reference, printer model, cartridge code and a short description of the issue, with photographs or a print sample where possible. A reasonable assessment may be needed; an immediate replacement is not guaranteed. Installation, on-site work, repairs and ongoing technical support are included only when expressly stated in your purchase agreement.

Your rights

Nothing on this page limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. A manufacturer warranty operates alongside those rights, not instead of them.
